The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining entertainment equipment at our customer locations throughout the Toledo area and collecting accounts on the route. We are a family-owned businesses who specializes in supplying, developing and promoting on-location entertainment products and innovations, such as vending machines, arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, jukeboxes and cranes.

The Service Technician's Primary Responsibilities are:

• Collection of assigned route locations and customer payouts
• Fill and help maintain assigned ATM locations
• Monitor and fill cranes to appropriate levels for all applicable locations
• Securely transport cash to bank location
• Repair and install arcade games, pool tables, dart boards and various other amusement related equipment.
• Responding to service calls onsite at customer locations (bars, restaurants, family entertainment centers)

Schedule is approx. M-F first shift & on-call for weekend service

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Able to use hand tools and work handcart, dolly, pallet jack, etc.
• Able to climb and work from a ladder occasionally (as needed) - up to 12ft ladder
• Able to crawl in an ceiling/attic or other small spaces

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (some of our customers have age restricted entry)
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to do math
• Candidate must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Record check. A valid driver's license is required.
